馃尶 The Answer We Long For

Many times we pray with all our heart, waiting for a clear sign from heaven.

We wonder:

Will an angel appear?

Will I feel something extraordinary that says, “Yes, this is the way”?

But the truth is, God’s answers rarely come with fireworks.

Sometimes they come as a whisper of peace,

a deep sense of calm,

smile at just the right moment,

spark in the heart,

word that resonates and makes you say:

“This is it.

This is the answer.”

馃摉 Bible – 1 Kings 19:12

“And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire:

and after the fire a still small voice.”

God often uses people, moments, and quiet circumstances to guide us gently and lovingly to the clarity we seek.

馃摌 Book of Mormon – Moroni 7:13

“But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually;

wherefore, everything which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God… is inspired of God.”

馃帣️ President Russell M. Nelson (General Conference, April 2020):

“The Lord doesn’t require us to see every step ahead.

But He does invite us to trust Him, to learn to hear His voice, and to follow it.”

When the answer truly comes, it is clear.

For God is not the author of confusion.

God is clarity. God is love. God is mercy.

Let’s learn to recognize His language.

It may not be loud — but it is always true.
