Making Decisions from Peace, Not Fear

There are moments in life when the heart feels like a battlefield.

Fear disguises itself as intuition, doubt masks as prudence, and the past knocks on the door dressed as protection.

But it’s not always like that.

Sometimes, what we perceive as a warning is merely an unhealed wound.

I’ve learned—sometimes with tears in my eyes—that the bravest decisions don’t come from impulse or fear, but from peace.

That peace doesn’t shout or demand, yet it is deeply felt in the soul when something is truly right.

Making decisions from peace means trusting.

It means stopping the search for external signs and beginning to listen to God’s gentle whisper within.

It’s understanding that fear may be loud, but peace is always clear.

It’s not about denying fear, but acknowledging it and saying firmly:

“Thank you for trying to protect me, but this time, I choose from a place of calm.”

Because everything born from fear ends up tying us down.

And everything born from peace… sets us free.
